There are a total of four members that will hold
different positions in the startup. As we are just going to initiate the
business, there are limited number of positions to be hold by four members of
the startup. The four different types of positions to be hold by four members
of the startup are as follows –

Anjumoni Mann (Co–Founder) – Marketing
Manager
Sunidhi Singh (Co-Founder) – HR Manager
Ben Youssouf Soule Mouslim (Co-Founder) – Supervisor
Pricing
Our Paver Blocks should be priced as per the price
prevailing in the market. As the business that we going to deal with has
comparatively limited number of competitors exist in the market so we have
decided to use cost plus pricing method to price our paver block.
